The Landmark project presented Vision Developers with one of the most technically demanding excavation challenges we have faced in Hyderabad — deep rock cutting and bulk earthmoving on a large site completely enclosed within boundary walls, with active buildings on all sides. Working inside this confined footprint required precise machine positioning, carefully controlled rock breaking sequences, and disciplined site management to protect every surrounding structure throughout the entire excavation process. Our Tata Hitachi fleet worked simultaneously across multiple zones — cutting through layered rock, loading debris, and clearing each section methodically to bring the entire site down to the required foundation level.
Day and Night Operations with Full Site Safety at Every Stage
To meet the developer's critical timeline, Vision Developers ran continuous day and night operations on the Landmark site — with our Tata Hitachi machines working under floodlights through the night to maintain progress without a single shift wasted. Alongside the excavation work, our team maintained the highest standards of site safety throughout every phase — deploying fire extinguishers, safety fire stands, first aid equipment, and trained safety supervisors across the site at all times.
