Project Execution and Key Challenges

The site presented significant technical challenges from day one — including massive granite rock formations requiring systematic mechanical breaking, underground water ingress at deeper excavation levels requiring active dewatering, and the requirement to work in close proximity to existing boundary structures and neighbouring active construction sites.
The successful and timely completion of the Loft mrock excavation enabled the main construction contractor to begin foundation concrete work on schedule — without any delays caused by the excavation phase. The Loft residential tower now rises above the site that Vision Developers helped prepare, standing as proof of what precision mexcavation, expert operators, and the right machinery can achieve when brought together by a team that truly understands its work.
