Our dedication to quality and client satisfaction is evident throughout every phase of the Spectra project. The site presented significant challenges — including extremely hard granite rock formations rising several metres above ground level, underground water ingress during deep excavation, and the requirement to work in close proximity to an active construction tower already under construction on an adjacent part of the site. Vision Developers deployed multiple Tata Hitachi heavy excavators fitted with hydraulic rock breaker attachments to systematically cut and remove the granite formations. Our experienced operators worked in coordinated shifts — including night operations — to maintain project momentum and meet the developer's critical timeline requirements. All rock debris was systematically loaded, transported, and disposed of at approved sites, keeping the work area clear and safe throughout the entire project duration.
