Large Scale Rock Drilling & Excavation Project
The Springs project stands as one of Vision Developers' most intensive rock drilling and excavation assignments in Hyderabad. The site presented an extraordinary challenge — massive golden granite boulder formations spread across a large plot, each requiring systematic hand drilling, rock splitting, and mechanical breaking before the cleared ground beneath could be prepared for foundation work. Our experienced drilling teams worked methodically through every boulder, using pneumatic drills to create precise split lines before our excavators removed and transported the broken rock off site.
Transforming Rocky Terrain into a Construction-Ready Site
Working against the backdrop of Hyderabad's growing skyline, Vision Developers transformed the Springs site from a rugged, boulder-covered plot into a level, cleared, and fully construction-ready development site. Our teams coordinated rock drilling, mechanical breaking, earthmoving, and debris clearance operations simultaneously — maintaining steady progress across the entire site area. The successful completion of the Springs excavation enabled the developer to commence foundation work on schedule, without a single day of delay caused by the excavation phase.
